Pharmacist Prescribed Medications

Pharmacists in the state of MN may prescribe hormonal contraception (birth control) with refills for up to 12 months. Available at select Cub Pharmacy locations, this service has a $40 fee in addition to any applicable copays for prescribed medication. This service fee is HSA/FSA eligible.
